Blue Goose

One of Max’s favorite books at the moment is Blue Goose, by Nancy Tafuri.

In the story, Blue Goose and some of her friends paint their dreary gray barnyard in all sorts of bright colors. The animals mix up their paints too, and make secondary colors like orange, purple and green.  Today, Max and I mixed up colors too, and painted a little barn, just like the animals did in the story. It was fun!
